Purpose:
As a member of the Executive Management team, the Executive Director of IT will report to the CEO and assume a key role in providing technology, security, and platform systems leadership to enable and support modern IT technologies and software to streamline business operations. This role will oversee the Information Technology (IT) department and various outsourced partners to lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of all systems and platforms. The Executive Director will maintain and develop key relationships with internal and external business partners and will require the ability to balance strategic leadership with the delivery of daily and ongoing IT services. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership team. This role is generally expected to be physically on-site at our Gardiner headquarters.
