Top Human Resources Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Implements an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Human Resources Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. We are seeking Human Service Technicians (HST) to work in our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) in Valdosta, Georgia. Under the direct supervision of the BHCC Nurse Manager, HSTs provides services to consumers with a MH, SA or Dual Diagnosis in a 24/7 residential crisis center. HSTs provide training and education on daily living skills and necessary housekeeping duties. Assists with admissions/discharge or transfer process in accordance with policies of facility and unit guidelines/expectations. Monitors and documents consumer progress in treatment using the designated format and within established time frames. Computer knowledge and extensive documentation is required. Incumbents must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits: Employee Assistance Program- We offer EAP services to all full-time and part-time employees. EAP services include legal assistance, financial consultations, access to work-life specialists, and up to 4 counseling session This position requires: High school diploma/GED; required Associates degree in a relevant health or social service field, preferred Behavioral health experience preferred Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license Must be CPR and First Aid certified or able to pass a certification test after training Must have the physical ability to perform CPR Knowledge of body mechanics and the ability to safely move or transport persons being cared for; some of whom are obese Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Computer experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; preferred Who we are: Legacy Behavioral Health Services provides support within 10 counties in South GA, Ben-Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Tift and Turner County. Legacy Behavioral Health Services believes that through individualized care, quality of care and support, your life could be transformed. Working Conditions: Must be physically and emotionally fit to work in a stress-filled environment to meet deadlines and deal with routine and crisis situations. May have extended periods of sitting, walking, and standing. Requires varying hours of duty to provide monitoring, educational and/or crisis handling, as well as travel to off campus locations in BHSGA or personal vehicle. Work Environment: Employees in this position may be exposed to potential health hazards in the work environment. Incumbents may be required to work extended periods of time at computer terminals. They may experience traumatic situations, including psychiatric and /or deceased patients. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions (may be corrected with glasses or contact lenses). The position requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking , bending ,kneeling, stooping and crouching.
