- Contact employees to follow up on benefit and 401k information, addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide support in the administration of HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Prior experience in Human Resources is required.
- Proficiency in ADP software is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
