Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Human Resources Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in Human Resources is required.
    • Proficiency in ADP software is required.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Spanish fluency is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
