    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting HRIS Admin to join our team in the Finance industry

    This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure effective and efficient HR operations

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence (LOA) administration, and be proficient in ADP Workforce Now

    Responsibilities :

    • Manage and maintain our HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system security, and customization of system features to meet our business needs.
    • Lead the implementation, integration, and upgrades of HRIS modules, including payroll, benefits, and LOA.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
    • Develop and generate complex HRIS reports for management, providing insights on payroll, benefits, and LOA.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, liaising with IT department and system vendors as necessary.
    • Train HR staff on how to use HRIS effectively, including how to access and interpret HR data.
    • Keep abreast of latest developments in HRIS technologies and advise management on potential system improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in the finance industry.
    • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Strong project management skills, with ability to lead HRIS implementation and upgrade projects.
    • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate complex system requirements into user-friendly training materials.
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
