Job Summary
Serve as a Payroll SME for rollout and ongoing support of payroll applications. Support the payroll department by testing, configuring system changes, and streamlining processes. Plan and oversee projects, reporting to the Payroll Business Analyst Supervisor. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of system output. Provide assistance, problem solving, training, and technical information to users regarding the use of applications. Coordinate activities related to compliance, including but not limited to training, working with third-party vendors, and reporting. Consistently provide friendly and engaging customer service to internal and external customers. Perform related work.
