    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Workday HRIS configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
    • Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to optimize efficiency and coverage
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
    • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with Workday and internal teams to resolve issues effectively and ensure alignment of testing efforts with project milestones.
    • Conduct system, integration, and regression testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of HRIS processes.
    • Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reporting. Present test results and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum 7 years in experience in managing a large scale Workday Testing program during the implementation
    • High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Have in-depth knowledge of core modules configuration and reporting tools (Core HCM, Security, Advance Compensation, Recruitment & Onboarding and Talent & Performance)
    • Proven experience in testing Workday HRIS modules
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams
    • Experience with Kainos Testing tool
    • Workday Certifications is a plus

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
