Purpose
In the role of GME Administrator you will be responsible for leadership and operational management of Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals, Inc. (MCWAH), a $80M non-profit organization with 950 housestaff employees. Ensure compliance with organizational documents, tax regulations, and accreditation standards. Manage financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, and audits. Drive all executive committee, member, and board meetings. Serve as MCWAH Secretary\Treasurer. Administer housestaff funding, employment, fringe benefits, and human resources. Collaborate with various stakeholders, support database systems, and manage diverse administrative tasks.
