Being a Top Government Affairs Executive (Federal Level) directs ongoing monitoring and analysis of proposed legislation, emerging issues, and trends to determine the potential impact on the organization. Collaborates with industry groups and organizations with complementary objectives to achieve objectives. Additionally, Top Government Affairs Executive (Federal Level) creates communication vehicles and delivers messaging to inform and support business leaders. Requires a bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, business or equivalent. Typically reports to top management.     As a Workday Certified PATT Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

    • Lead or support the PATT workstream on a Workday implementation project.
    • Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
    • Researching and resolving day to day Workday PATT issues
    • Work with client to support the new requirements for PATT in Workday
    • Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
    • Provide support for regular and special PATT processes in Workday
    • Provide support for post-PATT like posting, bank transfer and pay checks in Workday
    • Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
    • Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
    • Manage small on andoff-shorefunctional teams
    • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
    • Architect Workday PATT solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
    • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
    • Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping.
    • Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.
    • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
    • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
    • Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here's what you need:

    • Workday Partner Certification
    • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role
    • Minimum of 3 years of Workday PATT Implementations
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.


    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience in Canadian Payrollprocessing
    • Workday Canadian PATT experience
    • Strong US Payroll process knowledge
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes
    • Experience with Payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, (SAP), Ceridian, ADPeTime, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle or Ultimate

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

    California $73,000 to $192,600

    Colorado $73,000 to $166,400

    New York $67,600 to $192,600

    Washington $77,700 to $177,200
