Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive leads the overall development, direction, and promotion of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Designs and develops programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and to establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being a Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive ensures that policies reflect domestic and international legal requirements and industry-specific codes governing ethical standards and comply with transparency reporting requirements. Communicates the organization's ethical standards with messaging and delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive monitors compliance with policies and investigates and remediates any non-compliant actions. Responsible for maintaining confidential reporting systems allowing employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Job Description
The position of a DTS Tower Crew Tophand is to oversee from the tower top field projects, on the tower crew members, and report progress to foreman. This position will engage in the installation, inspection, or maintenance of tower sites as required by various client requests.
Functional Responsibilities
Knowledge – Skills – Abilities
High School diploma / GED preferred
One year of construction experience is preferred
Current certification in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue required
Certification from industry specific training program strongly preferred
Must possess a valid and unexpired and unrestricted driver’s license, along with a clean motor vehicle record
Able to travel 90% ; notice for deployment on emergency services basis is minimal
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions; able to follow verbal instructions
Ability to perform work in various types of inclement weather and conditions; comfortable working at remote and difficult to reach sites
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted on a routine basis; up to 75 lbs on occasional basis
Ability to scale towers and work at heights of 200 feet, and able to bend, reach, twist, and kneel routinely throughout the work day
Ability to safely work with hand and power tools in difficult positions and postures
OSHA 10 and 30 Certification is preferred, or a required ability to obtain upon hire
