Eagle Mart of Harrisburg is looking for a part-time Gas Station Attendant/Cashier. This position is predominantly evenings and weekends, but it can be flexible depending upon employee and business needs. The Gas Station Attendant/Cashier works with the public, operates a cash-register and gas pump, and makes deli foods in the kitchen. The ideal candidate is a team player who likes to stay busy and create a rapport with customers. This is a temp to hire position, if you are interested please provide a resume to this job listing.

Key Tasks:

• Performs cash register operations (i.e. opening and closing register, reconciling till, etc.)
• Assists store manager with bookkeeping duties.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Cleans shelves, floors, food prep areas, machinery, etc.
• Stocks, rotates, and presents products on shelves.
• Stocks, rotates, and presents products in coolers.
• Prepares "ready-to-go" meal items (i.e. minimally heated foods and coffee, etc.)
• Builds and maintains sell-able levels of displays.
• Covers shifts as needed.Minimum Skills & Knowledge
• Must possess an excellent customer service focus.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must possess basic personal computer skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Harrisburg, OR 97446 (Required)
