For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for an Executive Director of IQAir Foundation.
Summary
The Executive Director is an expert in air quality and environmental, social and corporate governance. The Executive Officer is results-driven and provides leadership for all aspects of the organization with an emphasis on short and long-term goals and the execution of school and community air quality programs. This position is responsible for building new partnerships and funding opportunities nationwide and globally, oversees grant proposals and implementation.
The Executive Director has strong interpersonal and technical skills, the ability to empathize and work with people with different backgrounds with an appreciation for servant leadership, community-centered solutions, and Environmental and climate justice.

What IQAir offers
At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is a salary of $140,000 - $165,000. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
