They treat lawns with top quality products, aerate and seed lawns, and offer services to current and potential customers while in the field. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and is eager to learn as no experience is necessary and we will provide all training through the company. You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving history for the last three years.
Responsibilities for a Lawn Care Helper/Technician:
Provide service to our residential customers by making timely lawn applications using proper technique and diagnosing and correcting customer problems while in the field
Achieve weekly production goals
Address customers' questions, comments, and concerns or refer customers to a customer service representative at the office
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to explain our programs to current and prospective customers
Maintain truck and equipment by cleaning daily and storing properly
Qualifications for a Lawn Care Helper/Technician:
Ability to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed
Valid Driver's License
3 years of a clean driving record
Good verbal and written skills
Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs
Ability to walk long distances and work in various weather conditions
Previous lawn care experience a plus, but not needed
