The Director of Financial Reporting at ZeeBooks oversees the timely review and completion of monthly financial packets, provides expertise on complex accounting matters, leads meetings, and resolves transaction anomalies. They collaborate with the Brand President to develop processes for software integrations and oversee new employee training. Additionally, they evaluate and recommend policy changes, produce internal job aids, and improve year-end processes. Key measurables include leadership effectiveness, policy manual adherence, accurate financial statement preparation, and maintenance of customer-facing accounting resources.
