    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our advisors and enhancing the efficiency of our office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for finance or those looking to gain experience in the financial services industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to financial advisors and other team members.
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Prepare and organize client documents, forms, and reports.
    • Assist with client communications and correspondence.
    • Maintain client databases and ensure data accuracy.
    • Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
    • Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
    • Independently prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
    • Solve problems efficiently and proactively seek solutions.
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 or 4 year degree in finance related field preferred but not required.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
