Plan, forecast, and develop deep business insight into revenue streams for the business. Analyze financial, budgeting, or accounting information that affects investments, revenuegeneration, expenditures, business risks, and realization. Identify strategies to ensure financial health of the business, as well as budget completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Advise on budgeting and accounting systems, reporting, and process improvements to support the scalability of the business. Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
