Pathlabs is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead and develop the newly added Financial Planning and Analysis function. This position is a vital player-coach role, providing strategic financial insights, supporting decision-making processes, and helping the company achieve its financial goals. Reporting to the CFO, this role will build out best practices for evaluating financial results compared to plans or forecasts, provide analytical support for growth opportunities, champion optimal resource allocation, and use data to drive decisions. This includes participation and analytical support on cross-functional business teams and collaboration with management and various department heads to provide insights and recommendations that optimize financial performance and support the achievement of business objectives.
