    The 3MPWR Sales Executive will be conducting in-depth analysis, presenting information on the organization's capabilities, strategically cross-selling products aligned with clients' needs and introducing subject area specialists to win and retain each client's business.     Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Sales, Risk Management, Marketing, or related field
    • 5 years of employee benefits experience, insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business to business sales
    • Knowledgeable on compliance issues governed by legislation and regulations impacting employer sponsored health and welfare plans such as HIPAA, ERISA, Tax Code SEC 125, PPACA and state sponsored health insurance exchanges
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, web based and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
    • Possession and maintenance of a valid state life and health insurance license required within the first 6 months of hire; Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
    • Possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license
    • Degree may be substituted by relevance of work experience

    Position Summary:

    The 3MPWR Enrollment Sales Executive is responsible for producing new business in addition to overseeing the servicing existing accounts. The 3MPWR Sales Executive will aggressively develop and manage an active pipeline through seeking out broker consultant relationships, prospects, conducting in-depth analysis, presenting information on the organization's capabilities, strategically cross-selling products aligned with clients' needs and introducing subject area specialists (as needed) to win and retain each client's business.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Develops and acquire new broker and consultant relationships to expand sales

    · Develops and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients

    · Assist in development of sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies and drives the development of solutions to address complex client issues

    · Works closely with brokers and/or account management and/or client service teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, SPR's, open enrollment strategy and post renewal analysis

    · Determines the full scope of services to be provided to broker and/or client

    · Clearly establishes and communicates timelines with the broker and client service team(s) and keeps them apprised of changes

    · Maintains accountability for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects and keeps all involved parties up to date

    · Monitors the success of projects in terms of scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction

    · Oversees the on-boarding of new clients by working collaboratively with client service team(s) and onboarding / implementation team(s) to establish the implementation plan, team, and timeline

    · Ensures client service team(s) exceeds client expectations

    · Grows book through cross-selling opportunities

    · Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with brokers, clients, third-party vendors and carriers

    · Establishes effective carrier/vendor relationships to serve clients in benefits procurement and administration

    · Attends carrier events to remain up to date and knowledgeable of carrier plans and changes, as well as maintain strong relationships

    · Maintains a full understanding of the insurance markets, funding alternatives, networks, and benefit plan options

    · Maintains a full understanding of the enrollment technology, benefit and enrollment trends in the marketplace to ensure the organization remains competitive and offers top in class solutions

    · Ensures accuracy of client data in CRM

    · Remains fully knowledgeable on compliance issues governed by legislation and regulations impacting employer sponsored health and welfare plans such as HIPAA, ERISA, Tax Code SEC 125, PPACA and state sponsored health insurance exchanges
