Top Facilities Management Executive leads overall operations and develops the strategy and policies to deliver design, planning, implementation, construction, and maintenance of an organization's facilities and properties. Plans and allocates the capital, equipment, and operating budget to support current operations and long-term facility plans. Being a Top Facilities Management Executive ensures the reliability of all building mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems. Reviews and negotiates contract terms and conditions for contractors selected for facility projects and the delivery of services. Additionally, Top Facilities Management Executive establishes building operations policies, procedures, and service standards to comply with all local laws and regulations. May be responsible for additional facility-related functions like food services, security, safety, environmental, or administrative services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Facilities Management Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Maintenance Technician – Facilities and Production Equipment

    · Ability to diagnose machine malfunctions and make repairs

    · Forklift driving and basic rigging experience

    · Maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

    · Be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

    Job Description

    • Familiar with production equipment, such as CNC laser, lathe, press brake, forklifts etc.
    • Experience trouble shooting and repairing equipment
    • Machine preventative maintenance experience
    • General facility maintenance experience including electric and pneumatic systems
    • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
    • Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
    • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
    • Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
    • Experience coordinating with outside vendors on critical repair needs
    • Safely operate forklifts
    • Comply with health and safety regulations, the company handbook, quality standards, and all other company policies and procedures
    • Maintain a clean and organized work space including tools
    • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
    • Ability to alternate standing and/or sitting positions for extended periods
    • Bend, stoop, lean, twist, squat occasionally
    • Unrestricted and full range of upper and lower body movements and manual dexterity to move, lift, and grasp products
    • Visual acuity to assure quality and accuracy
