Develops the policies and procedures utilized in the design and maintenance of an organization's enterprise infrastructure. Additionally, Top Enterprise Infrastructure Executive manages infrastructure costs by deploying cost-effective solutions, managing licenses, and identifying areas to implement process improvements. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Enterprise Infrastructure Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
