Requisition Number Stu03124P Home Org Name Liberal Arts Administration Division Name College of Liberal Arts Position Title Employer Relations and Marketing Student Employee Working Title (if different from Position Title) Job Summary Assist with a variety of communication tasks including the creation and development of the Career Services Newsletter, social media content, collateral materials, and other communication-related projects as needed. The ER/Marketing student worker will provide excellent customer service to current students, alumni, employers, and campus partners within the College of Liberal Arts Career Services department.

Essential Functions - Writing press releases
- Creating social media content
- Designing collateral materials
- Assist with day-to-day operations in Career Services
- Provide assistance to career staff during orientation programs (CWE & SOS)
- Attend scheduled training sessions
- Assists career services with creating and planning marketing for fall semester
- Create marketing calendar for fall semester
- Update materials in Career Box Folder
- Attend career services events as needed
- Complete office duties as assigned
- Work 5-10 hours per week
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite experience - Photoshop and InDesign
- Ability to multi-task
Minimum Qualifications - Enrolled Auburn University student
- College of Liberal Arts major
- 3.0 cumulative AU GPA or higher
- Available to work weekly office hours
Preferred Qualifications - Photography skills
- Knowledge of social media
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
