The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provides support in calendar management and preparation for meetings. This role will also support the Director of Finance and Operations in some accounting tasks and serve as back up to front desk operations. When needed will provide additional support for projects and programs with other staff members. Professionalism, attention to detail and high level of confidentiality are a must. Works collaboratively with all team members, vendors, members, etc. Ability to think outside of the box and multitask, when appropriate. Ability and willingness to negotiate contracts, work with vendors, provide feedback when necessary and ensure our members have the best possible experiences.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Provide support and feedback to CEO and Director of Finance and Operations
· Calendar Management/time management
· Provides additional support for programs and events as necessary.
· Serves as backup/relief for Front Desk Staff on an as needed basis.
· Provide support with spreadsheet maintenance, mailings, and light accounting tasks
· Represent Chamber initiatives at events as necessary.
Front Desk Accountabilities:
· When needed Open/Close and daily front desk management.
· Customer Service, manage incoming phone calls.
· Assist with maintenance and update as needed stocking of members marketing materials in foyer and common space of Chamber building.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
