Top E-commerce Executive develops and articulates the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Primary Responsibilities
Recruit new Business Investors and ensure that Investors are engaged in Chamber programs and events. Help with retention of Investors. Assist visitors, whether in person or online, providing information and answering questions as needed. And to assist the VP of Tourism and Operations with normal office duties.
Detailed Duties
A. Responsible for recruitment and sales of new Investors. Develop recruitment materials and plans.
B. Help VP of Operations and President in retention of current Investors. Assist with investment receivables.
C. Work with the Ambassadors in retention and recruitment of Investors.
D. Attend Investor Support committee meetings and help with committee duties.
E. Greet visitors and answer telephone. Help visitors with finding the information they are looking for, recommending Investor businesses as much as much as possible.
F. Answer all emails and mail inquiries.
G. Help to maintain and update Chamber and Convention & Visitor Bureau websites.
H. Keep brochure and newspaper racks stocked, neat, and organized in office. Contact businesses to keep up with current brochure demand.
I. Help maintain the community calendar of events.
J. Attend Chamber related events to network and make connections.
K. Assist VP of Operations in the normal duties of the Chamber office.
Other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the Waupaca area. Must have good sales, customer service, organizational and computer skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs, self-motivated and responsible, have a pleasant personality, and be able to multi-task.
Compensation
Approximately 28 hours a week - hourly rate, and commission on sales.
