Top E-commerce Executive develops and articulates the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Olivia's Heartland, LLC is currently seeking an E-Commerce Associate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This candidate will also be responsible for carrying out the logistics of sorting, listing, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
- Cleaning, testing, and photographing products for listing on the company database
- Sorting product for correct distribution which may require standing on your feet for an extended amount of time in a warehouse setting
- Taking products out of its casing, review it, plug it in, test its working functions, clean product, put it back in its casing, and upload its listing to a database. This requires being able to sit at a desk for an extended amount of time.
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in other areas as needed
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independantly and as a team
- Time management skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, tablets, and phones (Further training will be provided)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
