Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory levels and monitor product availability.
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to order fulfillment or inventory management.
- Monitor e-commerce platforms for customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Experience:
- Previous experience in warehouse supervision or materials handling is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes is essential.
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse distribution practices.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify areas for process improvement.
