Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.
