```Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentices. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills in water well drilling and the water servicing industry. This is a great position for individuals looking to start a career, or build on one.

Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers in performing various tasks on job sites
- Dig trenches and prepare work areas
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment and machinery
- Learn and apply safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA guidelines
- Assist with drilling operations
- Prepare rigs and materials for transportation and implementation
- Gain experience in commercial driving and forklift operation
- Operate heavy equipment under supervision

Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge to operate machinery and equipment
- Familiarity with well drilling/ servicing practices (preferred)
- Proficiency in forklift operation (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Commercial driving experience (preferred) or willing to train
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation (preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
