Responsibilities
- Perform water well drilling operations using mechanical knowledge and expertise in horizontal drilling techniques.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, water trucks, and Caterpillar machinery to support drilling activities.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Utilize commercial driving skills to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
- Work in collaboration with the team to complete drilling projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and inspect drilling equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively within the team to achieve project goals.
- Drive tankers for water delivery as needed for drilling operations.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the oil & gas industry.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be open to on-the-job training, as no prior experience is required for this position.
