Job Description: The Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Technician assists in building each job as defined by the client’s scope of work and construction drawings under the direction of the HDD Crew Leader. This includes understanding the scope of work and constructing the project per specifications in a timely manner with an emphasis on operating the vacuum excavator for potholing utilities and placing hand holes for a horizontal drilling rig.
