Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive develops, directs, and promotes the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Designs and develops programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and to establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive ensures that policies reflect domestic and international legal requirements and industry-specific codes governing ethical standards and comply with transparency reporting requirements. Communicates the organization's ethical standards with messaging and deliver employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive monitors compliance with policies and investigates and remediates any non-compliant actions. Responsible for maintaining confidential reporting systems allowing employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. May require the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)certification. Typically reports to top management. The Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Position 1 - Day Shift; Monday-Friday; 10am-6pm
Position 2 - Day Shift; Wednesday-Sunday; 8am-4pm
Position 3 - Night Shift; Weekends Only; 4pm-12am
Shelter Advocate: A professional who provides advocacy, counseling, information, referrals, and related services to victims of domestic violence.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prefer experience in counseling and/or advocacy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, ability to accept responsibility and follow through project assignments. Also prefer experience or demonstrated interest in women's issues, preferably domestic violence. Local travel necessary, reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities:
Provide advocacy and develop individual safety plans with survivors
Provide individual advocacy around domestic violence issues
Respond to callers accessing 24-hour hotline and provide services including crisis
intervention
Provide information/referrals to victims of domestic violence victims and their children
Facilitate support groups and/or house meetings
Assist with protective/restraining orders and other court matters
Arrange for emergency medical services or law enforcement services as needed
Complete telephone intake with women requesting shelter
Provide/arrange for shelter for qualified persons
Complete shelter intake and other related forms as required
Provide/arrange transportation for clients who are appropriate for shelter and ensure client confidentiality
Provide coverage of one minor holiday and two major holiday shifts each calendar year
General and Related Responsibilities:
Assist in the care and maintenance of the shelter.
Assist in program operations as requested by management
Acquire and maintain continued training in domestic violence
Attend LCADV trainings/meetings as required
Participate in staff meetings/trainings
Assist in community awareness activities
Record and compile statistics as required
Represent PCI DV at related community meetings as requested by management
Perform related duties as required and/or deemed necessary by management

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
