    DOPE Marketing is a software company that built a tool which allows businesses to send postcards, handwritten notes and cookies with no minimum order.

    Over the past 3 years, we have helped over 5000 customers add direct mail and traditional to their multi touch marketing tool belt, with our NEW approach to an OLD way of growing a business.

    For years, direct mail has been approached the wrong way. In the past, companies have had to send 1000's of cards and spend 10’s of thousands of dollars to send mail campaigns that “kind of” worked.

    Sales Demo Rep

    Sales Demo Reps are incredibly valuable members of our Sales Team at DOPE Marketing. The Demo Rep is the FIRST touch for a new prospect at DOPE. Demo Reps receive leads from the Marketing team and the SDR(Appointment setters) team at DOPE to have initial discovery calls in order to get the right information from the dozens of prospects that come into the DOPE pipeline each day.

    Some of our prospects will have immediate needs prior to getting connected with their Account Executive at DOPE, other prospects will need to get forwarded to the Account Executive team to get closed.

    The Sales Demo Rep makes commission off different types of transactions from prospects at DOPE. These opportunities include:

    • Print Sales: Yard Signs, Door Hangers, Business cards and other print items for their business
    • Demo Sales: Sell the prospects the right DOPE account to help them grow their business
    • Postcard Sales: Prospects contact us every day to send mail. Demo reps can help prospects buy “blocks” of postcards to get mail out quick, before they get their DOPE account set up

    This position is perfect for someone with strengths in sales, communication, and organization with a desire to get in on the ground floor of a growing and fast paced tech start up here in the Twin Cities.

    The product specialist role is an entry level position in sales. This is the fastest path to growing and developing to an Account Executive at DOPE Marketing.

    In the Sales Demo Rep role, you will;

    • Collect client information to enter into Hubspot
    • Set up and attend meetings with DOPE prospects
    • Assist prospects in immediate/urgent transactions on Print, Demos and Postcards
    • Interact regularly with software tools including DOPE360, Hubspot, Zapier, Google suite, Monday and Slack
    • Manage your time effectively, keeping regular communication and meetings with customers to ensure adoption of key features and supporting use the DOPE platform
    • Document all interaction with the customer on their HubSpot account

    Experience/Requirements/Qualifications:

    This is an entry-level or junior position prefect for recent college grads, professionals looking for a new career or applicants looking to be a part of a fast paced start-up environment

    Experience and/or training with Sales, Communications, Marketing, SaaS and/or Hubspot/Salesforce is a huge plus.

    If you do not have the experience, but have shown skills to do the job, training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

    Training and Expectations for this role

    DOPE Marketing prides itself on communication. You will go through 3 weeks of onboarding and training to get you acclimated with the Print products we offer, DOPE 2.0 software, HubSpot and the other internal systems used at DOPE.

    Our tech stack includes; HubSpot, Monday.com, Slack, and the Google Suite.
