While cold outreach is a regular activity, this job is not a cold-calling job only. We are actively doing our own marketing (and, guess what?! It works!) and we generate a great number of inbound leads daily. These are people/organizations who learn about our agency and recognize they need our help with growing their brand; they are asking for our expertise.

You must dress professionally and maintain excellent (above average) personal hygiene. You may personally visit with potential clients, or attend meetings on behalf of Arcane Marketing. This means you represent the face of our organization.
We require certain certifications to be learned, achieved, and maintained if you're hired and employed with Arcane Marketing. This includes but is not limited to: Google Analytics, Various Google Products, and Google Ads. Understanding how the digital marketing game works is critical and will only make you more successful in our sales processes.
Arcane Marketing wants you to grow as an individual and improve over time. The more you know, the more you can do, and the more efficient you are - the better your pay will be. True story!
Other Important Considerations:
Compensation for the Sales Executive position is a base salary and commission after a certain book value of sales is reached. The commissions have no cap or limit and are recurring. Expectations, based on our experience, of the sales executive's pay should be averaging $150,000 /yr over time. Like any sales role, this is a performance based pay model. The longer you're with our company, the more you can expect to make. However, your monthly earnings of pay will depend on your personal sales abilities and proactive nature. In fact, our sales executives tend to make the most amount of money of any position in the agency.
Personal Time Off (PTO) is accrued and may be used as soon as it's earned.
Remote work is an optional. Experience and data shows us that in-office tends to help you earn more because of a better connection with our support team and better knowledge/technical training.

The sales and business development role in our organization is different from other production positions and requires a specific approach to working hours. Only relying on the standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule may make it harder to achieve sales performance targets. Communication and availability are crucial for success, so it's essential to use working hours wisely and stay productive, especially when building a customer base. Being late to start work, taking long breaks, or leaving early can lower your performance over time. As a sales or business development position in our organization, your success is based on sales performance and not necessarily the hours you are working. Sometimes, you may need to start work earlier or finish later to meet the job requirements for performance metric reasons; for example: attending meetings, communicating with clients, attending events, or traveling. Please note that the sales and business development role may involve travel, and during these trips, working hours are not specifically tracked.
