The duties and responsibilities of our team of associates is to:
-Greet customers at the door
-Ensure a great experience for customers
-Properly handle the point of sale system including the cash/credit register
-Answer the phone and address questions thoroughly
-Conduct range customer check-in in an efficient and friendly manner
-Willingness to learn about handguns, long guns and related products
-Carry out tasks as assigned
-Comply with company policies and procedures: Especially safety
-Have a positive attitude and be a team player
-Inform customers about discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions
-Turn in paperwork and reports as assigned
-Perform store maintenance such as taking out the garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stocking shelves, cleaning windows/glass and gun ranges

Qualifications:
-High School graduate/GED
-Excellent computer skills
-Ability to work calmly under pressure
-Able to pass a background check and drug screen
-Quick learner
-Excellent customer service skills/attitude

All work takes place inside the retail facility of Top Gun. Work can involve weekday, weekends, holidays, and nights. This job requires standing nearly 100% of the time

Compensation is negotiable based on experience
