What would you be doing?
- Prepare site layout, hydrologic & hydraulic modeling, and relevant design calculations
- Assist with the management of Land Development Projects involving local municipalities as well as commercial development
- Assist in development of projects scopes of services and price proposals as required.
- Assist with permitting through various federal, state, and local agencies
- Perform occasional field data collection and site visits
What do you need to bring to the table?
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 2 years’ minimum Land Development and site design experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Hydra-Flow
- Advanced knowledge of land-use planning
- P.E. or E.I.T Certification strongly preferred
