    Summary:
    As the Executive Operations Assistant at Midwest Maintenance, you'll blend the roles of Operations Assistant and Personal Assistant, in this fast pace Enviromint you will be providing indispensable support to our executive team while ensuring the smooth operation of our company's day-to-day activities. From overseeing contract renewals and managing account-related tasks to handling executive communications and running personal errands, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess exceptional organizational skills, we want you on our team.

    The Ideal Candidate:
    We're seeking a candidate who can seamlessly navigate between operational responsibilities and executive support tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and administrative support, coupled with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of our executive team. From tracking contract renewals to managing complex calendars, you'll need to be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at handling confidential information with discretion.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables and Maco's are a must)
    • Provide invaluable support to our executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications. also email management.
    • Generate labor efficacy reports, monitor spending, and maintain comprehensive records.
    • Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with project coordination.
    • Handle personal errands and tasks for executives, ensuring their needs are met both professionally and personally.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
    • Foster collaboration across teams and streamline processes to enhance productivity.
    • Provide backup support to the main receptionist and assist.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in operations management and administrative support roles.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently, stay focused, and maintain productivity.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.

    Work Environment:
    This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.

    Physical Demands:
    While largely sedentary, this role may require some filing and light lifting.
