The successful candidate for this position will sell and implement the Bank’s treasury management products to commercial and small business customers, while developing new treasury management business, expanding existing business relationships, and servicing customers. The successful candidate will acquire new customers by calling on existing and / or prospective clients to build new business, produce growth in business income by selling products and services, develop relationships with referral sources, identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and will be active in the local community.
Candidates must possess at a minimum:- High School diploma or GED.
- 2 years of banking experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales- and Service-oriented skill sets, including strong sales lead generation skills.
- A driving focus on reaching sales goals.
- Dedication to integrity in all responsibilities and operations.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work flow and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- A talent for meeting new individuals and serving the public.
- Good computer skills including a working knowledge of web-based technology.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of Banking Experience.
Must be available to work full-time Mondays through Fridays on-site.
About the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services
The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services (ADWS) is the state agency responsible for providing job-related services to unemployed state residents, such as coordinating training and educational opportunities, processing unemployment insurance claims, and connecting job seekers with employment opportunities in the state.
The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services consists of four major sections: Workforce Services, Adult Education, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, and Services for the Blind. Each section is responsible for administering multiple state and federal grants, the programs they fund, and the services they provide to Arkansans.
DWS is unique from other state agencies because it is almost 100% federally funded. DWS does not earn a profit, and the agency’s success is measured by its ability to meet the needs of Arkansas employers and job seekers. The Arkansas Legislature appropriates the agency’s funds and has the authority to pass legislation affecting agency programs and services on a state level.
