Job Summary
Work directly with the Director, Market Research & VP, Strategy to define and execute a comprehensive research strategy and distill and communicate insights across our leadership teams. Responsible for independently solving complex business challenges by leveraging custom research and strategic insights solutions as inputs to guide decisions and recommend courses of action that significantly contribute to business objectives and our strategy. Partner with leaders across our Commercial Lines, Personal, Excess & Surplus lines and other business units to identify key custom research needs, scope and prioritize research efforts, and effective socialize actionable learnings across the organization. Remain current with advanced and innovative research methods that will build on our currently established foundational initiatives like Brand Health Tracking, Relationship Surveys, etc.

Education and Requirements
Salary range: $103,400 - $170,900. The actual base salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective's footprint. Additional considerations include the candidate's qualifications and experience.
