Proficiency in a Mac environment.
Knowledge of enterprise networking.
Experience with VMware and virtualization and storage technologies.

Sound understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, Azure, and Google Workplace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

What you will be doing:
Leading the implementation and management processes for the IT department's Help Desk, End User Computing, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
Developing and implementing business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in case of emergencies or data loss.
Establishing efficiency and efficacy standards for IT Help Desk, End User Computing, and infrastructure.
Overseeing cybersecurity of systems, networks, and enterprise information. Facilitating IT security audits or investigations when necessary.
Managing data backup and recovery.
Maintaining relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Improving cross-functional knowledge management processes and platforms.
Providing daily leadership, direction, and structure to the IT team under your management.
Working with the Director of IT to develop roadmaps, design and implement technology innovations.
Assessing computing needs and system requirements in consultation with users, management, vendors, and technicians.
Staying updated with advancements in technology.
Developing department goals and objectives that align with organizational goals.
Ensuring equipment inventory is adequate and within budget.
