    The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Chick-fil-A values and standards. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure the effective management of all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and helping to retain a top-tier Team.
    • Creating and updating an onboarding and orientation system that effectively launches every new team member into the restaurant.
    • Submitting payroll accurately on a needed basis.
    • Ensuring that our office work space is clean and clutter free.
    • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
    • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedures violations to management for appropriate handling.
    • Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures .
    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Manage employee benefits and payroll administration
    • Support employee relations and conflict resolution
    • Coordinate training and development programs
    • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 18 years old
    • Previous customer experience preferred
    • Able to manage time effectively
    • History in HR/Hiring preferred
    • Friendly, Honest, and Trustworthy
    • Able to communicate clearly and effectively to a team
    • Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
    • Spanish speaking - desired, but not required
    • Background check required
