The AVP, Internal & Executive Communications will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will manage all areas of the internal communications program in the United States. This person will work prominently with Human Resources, the AmTrust Executive Committee and across the business to ensure consistent and effective strategic internal messaging.
The AVP, Internal & Executive Communications leads the internal communications team and provides strategic partnership and counsel to internal clients and business partners in communicating the company's key business priorities. This role plays an integral role in cultivating a values-based culture that emphasizes inclusion and belonging. The team actively seeks insight into employee sentiment and solicits employee input via surveys, focus groups, and informal discussions. The Internal Communications team delivers employee and executive communications using a variety of communication channels and works to ensure employees have the information they need to succeed in their roles. The Internal Communications team consistently works to ensure every employee enjoys a sense of belonging at AmTrust and has a means of making his or her unique voice heard. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
