Employment Type:

Responsibilities:

• Driving the company’s financial planning
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Direct and oversee the financial activities
• Developing and implementing financial strategies
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
• Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Set the company's strategy and direction
• Implement and maintain financial controls through the use of ERP systems.
• Develop analytical accounting rules and cost center structures for enhanced financial analysis.
• Manage the costing database and support Marketing in bidding processes.
• Analyze and provide insights on product costing.

Qualifications:

• MBA/CPA
• ERP implementation experience
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Knowledgeable in budgeting, accounting, and resource management
• Strong integrity and accountability
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
