TerraGraphics Environmental Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Controller to be an integral member of the leadership team working closely with executive management as consultative support for strategic and tactical business and financial planning, analysis, reporting, recommendations, forecasting, financial audits, as well as mentoring and developing the accounting staff.

Required Experience:

• Preparation of financial reports using specialized financial software Costpoint. (by Deltek)

• Providing input to members of the executive team on high level financial decision making

• Providing accurate cash flow reporting on a regular basis

• Tracking the outstanding Work In Progress (WIP)

• Responsible for high level project maintenance in Costpoint, including setup, scoping, and reporting

• Providing oversight and guidance to Accounting staff

• Overseeing A/R and A/P, as well as completing daily tasks in these areas

• Collaborating with outside accountants and consultants to ensure compliance with Tax and Payroll laws

• Performing "What-If" scenario development to determine Project and Strategic Initiative viability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 8 years of professional financial management experience within the Department of Energy

• Strong familiarity with financial management software tools

• Proficient with MS Excel software

• Demonstrated supervisory experience

Desired Qualifications:

• CPA license

• Costpoint financial management software experience

• Previous professional experience working for a consulting/engineering firm

• Other government agency contractor Financial Management experience

• Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and DCM Audit experience
