    We are looking for a talented BDM with at least 3 years of experience in the sales roles in companies that are operating in the marine sector.



    Responsabilities:

    The candidate, reporting to the Central Project Team, will have the following responsibilities:

    • Market share growth;
    • Responsible to identify key designers and developers working in the marine sector;
    • Responsible to define customer plans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price);
    • Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performance of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director;
    • Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D;
    • Dealing with back office team of the HQ in order to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.

    • High results and target oriented;
    • Excellent presentation & communication skills;
    • Good analytical skills;
    • Fluent in Italian and English language, other language is a plus.

    Key Requirements:

    • Resident in Italy;
    • 3 years of sales experience;
    • Available for frequent business travels in Italy or abroad (around 80% on field);
    • Knowledge of the market and good understanding of the marine channel.
