Typically reports to top management. The Top Diversity Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Diversity Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources required with minimum of 3 years of human resources experience. Experience with HRIS or HR/Payroll software preferred. Knowledge of basic human resources principles and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Current CPR/BLS certification
