As a Section 28 BHP, you will play a vital role in offering care and support to individuals aged 1-21, focusing on providing supervision and therapeutic aid to children and teenagers with developmental and emotional support needs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized, one-on-one support within the client's home and the nearby community.
- Safely transporting clients using your reliable personal vehicle.
- Adhering to and implementing the client's individualized treatment plan, collaboratively created by the client’s family and the case management team.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record and successful background check
- Active motor vehicle insurance and registration
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

-Blood Borne Pathogens certification
-BHP certification
-Availability 4-5 days per week anytime between 2:30pm-8:00pm. (20-29 hours)
