Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about public health and community engagement, with strong communication skills to effectively reach out to various groups and individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage the community in public health initiatives
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate and recruit participants for programs
- Manage social media platforms to promote events and initiatives
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to provide support services
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of outreach efforts
- Assist in program development and evaluation
- Supervise outreach team members and provide guidance as needed
- Perform administrative tasks related to outreach activities

Experience:
- In Public Health, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or related field
- Strong knowledge of public health principles and practices
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Ability to recruit and engage diverse populations
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Program development experience is a plus
- Supervisory experience preferred
