ABOUT THE JOB
***$1,500 Retention bonus over 18 months***
Locations available: CA: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, NorCal, Riverside, San Bernardino. WA: Tacoma, Seattle
Positions available: One per county
Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly
Work Schedule: 4 Day Route DSD, Friday morning restock van: M-TH 5AM-5PM, FRI 7AM-9AM. Occasionally travel to other areas/overnight.
As a Route Sales Representative you will:
* Learn the basics of the role to include four to six weeks of dedicated driving in a BMI truck, selling and training with our amazing team members
* Run routes for team members’, experience different stores, meet new customers and meet with managers to increase sales, order and maintain records throughout the day
* Grow sales on the route by building relationships
* Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment

Requirements:
* Be 21 years of age or older
*HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH PROOF OF INSURANCE AND ABILITY TO OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL LICENSES OR ENDORSEMENTS REQUIRED BY YOUR STATE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORED FROM THE DMV
