Overview: REMOTE POSITION/ERRANDS
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant/PA. This role will provide crucial support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. REMOTE Position, which will include personal errands

Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and organize company events, including logistics, catering, and guest accommodations
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, providing support with various tasks as required

-Personal errands for CEO will be part of this position. Must have your own car/ Gas will be reimbursed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in computer applications such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Real Estate Industry Experience a PLUS
