Establishes data governance standards and policies to develop data management guidelines that will ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security. The Executive Director of Human Resources is responsible for the short- and long-term planning of the Human Resources function for the resort. Leading strategically and tactically in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, employee and labor relations, benefits, workforce training and development and local diversity initiatives.
