The Practice Director for Data Management will be responsible for the development and oversight of the Technology Advisory Services (TAS) Data Management practice. The Practice Director will report to the Chief Technology Officer for NTT Data's State Health Consulting business unit and work closely with the senior leadership team to develop enhanced Data Management accelerators/solutions and execute our strategic plan. This position is full-time and practice duties will be accomplished in conjunction with responsibilities on an active project. The selected candidate must have at least a 50% billable utilization target year over year. Job Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a Practice Charter that defines practice development activities for FY2022 (April to March) and beyond. The Practice charter will define schedule, resource and budget requirements and will outline practice accomplishments and active project activities. Practice services will address: Metadata Management, Analytics, Decision Support Systems, Data Governance, Data Integration and Management responsibilities.
- Oversight of all Data Management projects including personnel, budget, quality, service levels and executive client interaction
- Identify, create, drive and deliver innovative strategies to generate opportunities with new and existing Data Management clients
- Work closely with senior leaders to enhance Data Management solution offerings
- Formulate and implement best practices across the Data Management practice and offerings
- Mentor staff to improve processes, procedures and standards
- Provides technical consultation on complex projects
- Support business development and bottom-line accountability for the Data Management practice
- Build relationships with key partners
- Work closely with business development teams to identify and close on opportunities
- Develop strong client and internal relationships to expand current projects and identify new business and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients
- Participate and lead technical aspects of the proposal development process
- Collaborate with other Practice Directors to develop integrated solutions
- Represent NTT Data Service at key conferences and seminars Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Miniminum of 10 years of health data management experience
- Miniminum of 5 years of Medicaid Data Warehouse experience or Federal equivalent

For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $156,000 to $241,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
