Defines and implements the architecture, systems, and roadmap to obtain, store, integrate and manage data. Being a Top Data Management Executive utilizes data warehouses, stores, and other business intelligence systems to manage and distribute data efficiently. Establishes data governance standards and policies to develop data management guidelines that will ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security. Additionally, Top Data Management Executive adheres to data privacy regulations to ensure sensitive data is protected. Studies and evaluates emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Data Management Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Data Management Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. - Provide timely and accurate analyses, reports, and recommendations to Bridge Senior Living concerning the operation of the community.
- Lead weekly sales and move-in planning meetings to motivate teams and generate positive revenue.
